Cake Paddles, Pair

These new cake paddles attach to the metal whip drive of the Bosch Universal Plus (or older style Bosch Classic) mixer, for making cake and quick bread batter as well as other pourable batters and frosting.

Why cake paddles? To make the perfect cake and cupcake batter! With triple whipping action, wire whips may add to much air, resulting in cakes that fall during baking. Cake paddles remove lumps that may be left if using cookie paddles.

If your Bosch mixer has a metal whip drive, these cake paddles will snap right onto it. If you have a Bosch Universal mixer with a plastic whip drive, you will need to instead order the cake paddles together with a metal whip drive,here.

The cake paddles also fit the NutriMill Artiste mixer.
