Grind meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables and a variety of other foods with the Ankarsrum Food & Meat Grinder. This is a very high quality, robust grinder that can process a lot of food quickly. The accessory 6mm disk is good for sausage making and the accessory 2.5mm disk is for mincing. For best results, grind meat when it is chilled to just above freezing temperature; this makes a big difference in both grinding ease and the consistency of the finished product.

Ankarsrum Meat Grinder Disc Extender Set

The Ankarsrum meat grinder disc extender set includes three grinding discs in 2.5mm, 6mm, 8mm sizes. These discs can be added to a Basic or Harvest meat grinder combo. The Hunter and Complete combos already includes these three discs. If you purchased the Basic or Harvest combo earlier and want to add the rest of the discs to your set now, this is the way to do it!
