Emile Henry pizza stones are made of all natural materials and are manufactured using Emile Henry's proprietary Flame® technology to withstand high oven temperatures in conventional and convection ovens as well as on gas, charcoal and natural wood grills. The glaze is micro-crazed contributing to crispy well-baked crusts, just like a pizza oven. The pizza stone is not recommended for use on the stove top. You can cut directly on the glazed pizza stone without damaging or scratching the surface. Lightweight. Heats up in 15 minutes. Made in France.
