L'Chef Pasta Set for Universal Plus Mixer

博世的新的L 'Chef面集通用Plus mixer includes a pasta roller, fettuccine cutter and adapter leg.

Roller output width is 5-1/2" and the fettuccine strip width is 1/4".

The adapter leg was designed specifically for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. It will not work properly with the older Classic model of the Universal mixer,unless you'd like to make a simple mixer-lifting block, as this user did,(link will open in a new tab.)
