Cook's Illustrated recommends this award winning 9" pie plate that's built to the demanding specifications of the best culinary shops and home bakers around the world. Designed by Rose Levy Beranbaum, this pie plate has a fluted edge design, which creates a beautiful, scalloped pie crust. Plus, by using the flutes as guides, when cutting, you'll be able to perfectly slice each pie; a "perfect" slice is a slice that has two flutes of crust. Made of ceramic and finished with a scratch free glaze so it's broiler, oven and dishwasher safe.
