TBird Meat Grinder Knife #32 Stainless

These stainless steel knives fit the Thunderbird #32 500E meat grinder. Note: The knife with a square shaped center hole fits ThunderBird 500E meat grinders made since 2010. If your ThunderBird 500E model is older than 2010, this knife may not fit correctly.

Your ThunderBird 500E grinder might require a grinder knife with a rectangular hole, so we also offer that option on this page.

Note: A knife and plate develop a mated wear pattern as they operate together (same as a piston in an engine cylinder sleeve), so it's important to always keep them together as a set. When you reverse the plate to use the new side, use a new knife. Using an unmatched knife/plate set will cause bad performance, rapid wear and possibly breakage. So you will normally want to have two blades for every plate.
