A powerful, high torque, 1.2 peak horsepower motor equips the Vitamix One to produce emulsions you won't get from other blenders. Here's what that means for you: Prepare foods faster, easier, and with more flavor! The Vitamix One keeps things simple—one dial does it all. For best results, start the blender, then quickly ramp it up to high speed. Blade speed is infinitely variable.

The Vitamix One comes with a 32 ounce carafe.
